Advanced Maliki Fiqh Classes

Class Description:

This course will cover advanced topics such as marriage, divorce, business transactions, criminal law, the Islamic court, witnessing, inheritance and various customs of the sunnah. Knowledge of the Arabic language is not a requirement to benefit from the class as all texts will be translated as they are taught however there is much benefit for students who can read and understand Arabic. This course is ideal for the student who has mastered the material from the introductory course, however, if a student who has not previously taken or mastered the introductory course wishes to take the advanced course, they may do so, granted that they concurrently take the introductory course.
